EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN

"Total Peace of Mind" Extended Warranty Plan

We are pleased to offer the "Total Peace of Mind" Extended Warranty Plan.
This plan extends the standard repair warranty on GEEMARC
products for an additional period of two years to give you a total of three years warranty. If something goes wrong with your product after the standard Warranty, such as mechanical failures,
breakdowns, etc you are now protected by the "Total Peace of Mind" Plan and entitled to send it back
to GEEMARC for a free repair or replacement (As per our decision)
Repairs or replacements will be provided within a reasonable time.
All you have to do is to inform us that you are returning the product, by e mail or telephone,
and we will issue you with a returns number. Then just package the product well and send it back to us.
If the GEEMARC is unable to repair or replace parts for your GEEMARC product for any reason,GEEMARC may, at its option,
replace your product with a new or a refurbished GEEMARC product, comparable in function and performance to
your original product.

    Prices:
  • For products costing up to £50 the "Total Peace of Mind" cover will be £11.99
  • For products costing between £50 - 100 the "Total Peace of Mind" cover will be £22.99
  • For products costing between £100 - 150 the "Total Peace of Mind" cover will be £28.99


IMPORTANT: Your receipt is a part of your warranty and must be retained and produced in the event of a
warranty claim. Only authorized GEEMARC technicians may perform service and support to GEEMARC products.
All services performed by unauthorized technicians will void your GEEMARC warranty.
You must apply for the extended warranty within 90 days of having received your product.

NOT COVERED BY THIS PLAN: Loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling,
improper packaging by you, alteration, accident, electrical current fluctuations or failure
to follow operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in the User Manual.
Any cosmetic damage and/or other damage that does not affect functionality are not covered.
Batteries, telephone wires, power adaptors and other optional accessories are not covered in
the extended warranty program.

If you wish to purchase the "Total Peace of Mind" Plan, please chose your model below and insert the serial number.
This information will be automatically forwarded to our technical support department to extend your standard warranty.
